By using Deeyar Real Estate platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use our platform to search for properties, list properties, and connect with agents. You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
3. Agent Listings
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Deeyar reviews all listings before they go live but does not guarantee the accuracy of all information.
4. Property Transactions
Deeyar facilitates connections between buyers, renters, and agents. We are not a party to any property transaction and are not responsible for disputes between parties.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Deeyar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
