How do I list my property?↓
Sign in as an agent or owner, go to your Dashboard, and click "+ Post Property". Your listing will go live after review by our team (usually within 24 hours).
How do I contact an agent?↓
On any property listing, click the WhatsApp button or call button to connect directly with the listing agent.
Is Deeyar free to use?↓
Yes! Searching and browsing properties is completely free. Agents pay a small commission on successful transactions.
How do I get a verified badge?↓
Agents can apply for verification through their profile settings. Verification is granted based on sales history, customer reviews, and trust score.
What is the Garawi system?↓
Garawi (گروی) is a traditional Afghan property rental system where a large upfront deposit is paid instead of monthly rent. Deeyar fully supports Garawi listings.
Can I search in Dari or Pashto?↓
Yes. Choose the area, the kind of home and your budget in Dari, Pashto or English. If you can't find it, send us a WhatsApp voice note and we'll look for you.
Can I use Deeyar from abroad?↓
Yes. Many Afghans abroad use Deeyar to find a home for their family or to buy. Call or WhatsApp +93 730 535 322 and our team in Kabul will help.
How do I report a fraudulent listing?↓
Click the flag icon on any listing, or contact our trust & safety team at safety@deeyar.af. We take fraud seriously and investigate all reports.
