Deeyar (دیار) was founded in 2024 with a simple mission: to make finding, buying, and renting property in Afghanistan transparent, easy, and safe, for Afghans at home and in the diaspora.
The Afghan real estate market has long been fragmented, opaque, and difficult to navigate without local connections. Deeyar changes that by bringing all listings onto one platform, with verified agents, AI-powered search in Dari, Pashto, and English, and a trust system that protects all parties.
